Initiate Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your book including the RMA slip and ship it back to our processing center using a trackable mailing service.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
